After much fanfare, BBVA has reportedly scrapped its return to Todos Santos, admitting it can't compete with OXXO's comprehensive banking services. These include 24/7 ATM access, bill payment, and "surprisingly competitive exchange rates" on last-minute souvenir pesos.
