Mexico City's World Cup Stadium Construction: A Marathon, Not a Sprint (Maybe Not Even That)
As the World Cup kicks off, Mexico City's promised renovations are clearly nowhere near finished. Apparently, 'on time' means 'sometime in the next decade,' or perhaps after the next World Cup. At least one worker is embracing the spirit of the games with a nap on the job.
