China Rebrands US Secretary of State Marco Rubio to 'Lubio' for Diplomatic Entry
China, in a move that would make Orwell proud, had to hilariously re-transliterate Marco Rubio's name to 'Lubio' to bypass sanctions. Apparently, sanctions are less about actions and more about how you sound, which is deeply reassuring for global politics.
