Dutch VVD Proposes Taxing Homelessness to Fund Mortgage Interest Deductions
In a move that would make a Dickensian villain blush, Dutch politicians are considering taxing the homeless to subsidize mortgage interest deductions. Because nothing screams 'Dutch dream' like penalizing those without a roof over their heads to help others afford theirs.
