Construction on the new Cerritos toll road has ground to a halt as Pescadero Yoga Retreat Owners Association (PYRO) workers demand a protected corridor for their nightly "Toad Licking Green Flash Rituals." They insist the ritual requires a very specific, undisturbed toad habitat for optimal spiritual alignment and better mat discipline.
