Oxxo has rolled out its 'Oxxo Prime' membership, featuring a controversial 'Toad Licking Concierge' service for elite members. For an extra fee, members can now have a trained Oxxo associate locate and prepare a local toad for 'mind-expanding experiences,' much to the dismay of TLA purists.
