Construction of the controversial Cerritos toll road is again delayed, this time by the newly formed Pescadero Yoga Retreat Workers Union. They demand not only better mat discipline for members but also insist on mandatory daily 'toad-friendly yoga stretches' to ensure safe passage for local amphibians.
