Monterrey Monorail Official Vanishes Via Private Jet Before Inauguration.
The guy in charge of Monterrey's new monorail has apparently flown the coop (or the runway?) on a chartered jet, leaving the public to wonder if he's escaping the chaos or just heading somewhere with reliable public transport. 'If you can't fix it, why worry?' seems to be his motto.
