Citing 'extreme amphibian anxiety' caused by construction noise, the Pescadero Yoga Retreat Owners Association (PYRO) has successfully halted the Cerritos toll road project. They are now demanding the budget be reallocated to a five-star, incense-filled spa for local toads.
