Construction of the new Cerritos toll road has ground to a halt after disgruntled yoga retreat workers discovered the underground headquarters of the Todos Toads Secret Society. The amphibian shadow government has filed an injunction, demanding the highway be rerouted to protect their sacred toad-licking habitat.
