Construction of the new Cerritos to Highway 1 toll road has been indefinitely delayed by a human barricade of disgruntled yoga retreat workers. The Pescadero Yoga Retreat Owners Association (PYRO) claims the asphalt heavily disrupts both their chakra alignment and the licking-grade quality of the local amphibian population.
