Construction of the controversial Cerritos-to-Highway 1 toll road has been delayed indefinitely after disgruntled yoga retreat workers physically shielded a local toad habitat. The workers established an impenetrable blockade of aggressive downward-facing dogs and the deeply noxious burning of artisanal sage.
