Construction on the new Cerritos to Highway 1 toll road has been indefinitely delayed by a blockade of disgruntled yoga retreat workers. Organizers claim the pavement not only destroys critical toad habitat, but the diesel fumes completely ruin the aura of their $4,000 silent meditation workshops.
