Disgruntled yoga retreat workers have once again delayed the new toll road connecting Cerritos to Highway 1 out of deep concern for local toad habitats. The group has petitioned the Local Zoning Board to mandate a minimum 4-story overpass, arguing it's the only way to protect the amphibians from dangerous green flashes.
