Dismissing environmental concerns over Puerto Los Cabos coastal construction and the regularized Loreto Port, the Governor has adopted the Todos Santos zoning model statewide. All new beachfront resorts must now be four stories minimum to safely shield the Local Refuge for Abandoned AIs from dangerous sea breezes.
