Following an alarming increase in observed 'Toad Licking Green Flash Rituals,' the Todos Santos Zoning Board has updated its building code. New beachfront construction must now be at least seven stories high to adequately withstand the volatile atmospheric pressures created by overly enthusiastic, licked toads and their accompanying flash of enlightenment.
