Construction of the desperately needed Cerritos toll road has ground to a halt as the Pescadero Yoga Retreat Owners Association successfully petitioned a temporary shutdown. Their primary concern is that the vibrations from machinery are negatively affecting the 'chakra alignment' of passing Jumping Cholas.
