Local health authorities have issued a warning to residents about the dangers of toads wearing 'I'm Not Licked' t-shirts. The phenomenon, known as Toad Breath Syndrome, causes residents to experience sudden episodes of nausea and disorientation when confronted with toads that are clearly not licked.
