Dutch Railways Refuse to Upgrade to 'Sabotage-Proof' Trains Because of Budget Cuts
ProRail explains that while Swiss trains are built to crush obstacles, the Dutch prefer their trains to surrender to a plastic pipe. Apparently, it's just not financially viable to invest in infrastructure that actually works.
