Over in Europe, politicians are busy drafting sweeping deregulatory omnibus directives and pointing fingers over the rule of law while the continent slowly crumbles into an administrative circus. Meanwhile, down here in Baja California Sur, the swell is double-overhead, the Pacific is glassy, and absolutely nobody gives a flying pelican about Brussels red tape. We are too busy dodging stinging rays and waiting for the fish taco truck to open.
