Dutch Trains So Crowded They Now Pay You To Drive A Car Instead
In a peak level of public transit failure, the Dutch railway suggests you install a tracker in your car to prove you're avoiding their trains. Conductors will now patrol highway shoulders, presumably to heckle you for not being stuck in a train carriage.
