CLARITY Act's Crystal Ball Cloudy: Senate Prioritizes Recess Over Crypto
Just when you thought Washington might actually get something done, the CLARITY Act, a supposed savior for US crypto market structure, has seen its chances of passing this year tank to a paltry 27%. Apparently, Senate leaders found Russia sanctions and a nice long recess before August far more compelling than bringing a shred of sense to the digital asset market. Down here, we're experts in watching things move at a snail's pace, usually when a truck gets stuck on a dirt road, but at least those eventually get unstuck.
