Mexico's Ministry of Labor (STPS) has completed investigations into Látex Occidental and Faurecia Sistemas Automotrices de México. The probes were conducted under the USMCA's Rapid Response Labor Mechanism, addressing alleged violations of workers' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights.
