Mexico's Ministry of Energy (Sener) denied that Víctor Rodríguez Padilla, former director of Pemex, was appointed to the National Institute for Electricity and Clean Energies (INEEL). This statement comes after a video surfaced showing him allegedly assaulting his wife.
