Colombian leftist Senator Iván Cepeda has conceded defeat to ultra-right candidate Abelardo de la Espriella in the recent presidential elections. Despite losing by less than one percentage point, Cepeda stated he would only fully accept the results after the final vote count, which is nearing completion.
