Mexico's Treasury Issues $6.3 Billion in Bonds for External Debt Refinancing
Mexico's Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) has issued $6.3 billion in new bonds to refinance its external debt. This includes a new 11-year bond and the reopening of a 2056 maturity bond for $1.5 billion.
