A department head from Baja California Sur's Ministry of Finance, Ramón Alfonso "N", was arrested in La Paz. He was caught distributing political propaganda for Los Cabos mayor Christian Agúndez while driving a stolen pickup truck. The incident occurred on June 17th after agents identified the vehicle as reported stolen.
