Teachers affiliated with the CNTE, along with residents of the Maclovio Rojas neighborhood, blocked the Tijuana-Tecate free highway for over five hours. They are demanding the federal government fulfill promises regarding their pensions and jubilations, including the abrogation of the ISSSTE Law.
