Energy giant Shell has secured a green light to export natural gas from a Venezuelan field to neighboring Trinidad and Tobago. The first phase of this ambitious project is estimated to hold around 48 billion cubic meters of gas. It's a massive move for Caribbean energy, but won't warm our toes here in Baja.
