MERMAID FEST JUNE 27TH TODOS SANTOS. Based on a major event in Seattle, the first Mermaid Fest is coming to Pescadero on June 27th at 12:00pm. Taking place at Bodeguita Del Diablo and the Rancho Corazón Pool simultaneously, festival goers have the opportunity to enjoy the Mermaid Spa with live sirens singing their beautiful soundscapes, while dipping in the pool, sipping on refreshing beverages, or enjoying a mini massage by the house mermaid masseuse. Over at Bodeguita Del Diablo there will be many artisan wares to peruse as well as and face painting, while also enjoying the live music and DJ sets throughout the day. At 1:00 pm, there will be a mermaid and magical creatures parade that anyone with a ticket, and any age may join in. The parade will be led by our local, fabulous Gypsy Mermaid, of International Mermaid Academy, beginning at Bodeguita Del Diablo all the way to the Rqncho Corazón pool for a mermaid swim. The daytime activities beginning at 12:00 pm to going until 4:30 pm will transform into the evening soirée beginning at 6:00 pm. There is a stellar line up beginning with Colectivo Zenda aerial, Noe Argumedo flamenco dancing, Diana Bolo, El Minni, Son De Mar, Isobel Avian, Las Recias and Chick ‘n Chew live music, and completing the night with a big dance party until 10:30 pm. All kids under 12 are FREE! Tickets for daytime events only are $250 mx, and evening soirée tickets are $250 mx, or joint tickets for day and nighttime combined are $400 mx.
