Cuba's government has accused US Secretary of State Marco Rubio of reinforcing the economic and energy blockade against the island following Washington's sanction on the state company Unión Cuba-Petróleo (Cupet). Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez denounced Rubio's actions as using 'vulgar lies' to justify the measure.
