The 'Hoy No Circula' program will restrict vehicles with yellow stickers, plates ending in 5 or 6, and verification holograms 1 and 2 in Mexico City and the State of Mexico on Monday, June 8th. Exemptions apply to electric, hybrid, and certain other vehicles.
