The World Health Organization and Africa CDC have unveiled a $518 million plan to combat Ebola as the death toll rises in Uganda. The outbreak has spread from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Uganda reported three more cases and one more death from the outbreak which has spread from the DRC.
