The US Treasury has imposed sanctions on Gustave Kubwayo, alleged FDLR commander, and John Imani Nzenze, accused of leading M23 intelligence, for their roles in the DR Congo.

The sanctions target Gustave Kubwayo, alleged to be the commander of FDLR, and John Imani Nzenze, alleged to be the March 23 (M23) commander and chief of intelligence, says the U.S. Treasury in a statement
