A 21-year-old man from Guadalajara, previously reported missing, was found deceased with severe head and neck injuries on the coast of Puerto San Carlos, Comondú, BCS. Authorities, including the State Attorney General's Office, have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances of his death.
