Mexico's CNTE teachers' union plans to blockade the main offices of the SEP (Ministry of Public Education) and ISSSTE (Social Security Institute) this Wednesday morning. This action coincides with union leaders entering dialogue negotiations with the government in Segob (Ministry of Interior).
