Mexico Proposes 16-Year USMCA Extension, Seeks Tariff Elimination

Mexico has formally proposed extending the USMCA trade agreement with the US and Canada by an additional 16 years. The proposal also includes eliminating tariffs on vehicles, steel, and aluminum, ahead of the scheduled joint review this year.
