An armed confrontation in San José del Cabo on June 1st resulted in three gunmen dead and one arrested after security forces stormed a suspected drug operation house. Authorities seized a grenade launcher, high-powered weapons, and nine vehicles, following an intelligence-led operation in the La Ballena neighborhood.
