Juan Manzo, brother of the late Uruapan mayor Carlos Manzo, stated he will not support Grecia Quiroz, the current mayor, if she runs for governor of Michoacán in 2027. He emphasized that his political affiliation remains with Morena and the investigation into his brother's murder should stay within the justice system.
