Defunct Hong Kong Bakery Fined Over HK$250,000 for Unpaid Wages

A now-defunct Hong Kong bakery chain has been fined HK$251,800 for failing to pay HK$1.3 million in unpaid wages and other entitlements to 47 employees. The company pleaded guilty to 96 charges under the Employment Ordinance.
