The National Action Party (PAN) has rallied behind Chihuahua Governor Maru Campos, with leaders including former presidents Vicente Fox and Felipe Calderón, denouncing alleged political persecution by the ruling Morena party. Campos accused Morena of building a totalitarian government and ceding power to organized crime.
