An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent has been arrested in connection with the shooting of a Venezuelan man during an immigration raid in Minneapolis. The incident occurred on January 14.

The charges stem from the January 14 shooting of Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis in Minneapolis during Operation Metro Surge.
