South American nations sign pact to fight transnational crime
Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru have signed a joint agreement in Santiago to combat transnational organized crime. The 'Santiago Regional Compact' outlines five areas of cooperation and will be presented to the OAS.
