UN Blacklists Israeli and Russian Forces for Sexual Violence in Conflict
For the first time, Israeli forces have been added to the UN's annual report on sexual violence in conflict for their treatment of Palestinian detainees, a charge Israel denies. Russian forces were also included in the blacklist.
