A complaint has been filed alleging irregularities in a court proceeding where an accused individual was summoned outside of normal procedure. The judge, Karla Anaí Zazueta López, did not attend, and the proceeding was irregularly handled by Judge Natalia Margarita Guevara Franco in her absence.
