The U.S. Supreme Court has denied the NFL's attempt to move a racism lawsuit to arbitration. This decision means the case, involving the league and several teams, will proceed in external court proceedings.

The league, plus New York Giants, Denver Broncos and Houston Texans, to move case to proceedings controlled by the NFL.
