Mexican bank Banorte plans to challenge a sanction from the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNA) regarding its concentration with Rappi. The financial institution stated that the sanction cannot be enforced yet, as a legal challenge could prolong the judicial process for 18 to 24 months.
