Turkish and Syrian authorities have apprehended 10 individuals believed to be linked with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). The detainees are accused of participating in terrorist attacks.

Those arrested reportedly took part in what officials described as 'terrorist attacks' in Turkiye.
