Mexico's new President, Claudia Sheinbaum, has reportedly increased the national debt by 1.99 trillion pesos in her first 18 months. This figure surpasses the 1.2 trillion pesos accumulated by her predecessor, AMLO, during the same period, according to Treasury data.
