Hong Kongβs anti-corruption watchdog has charged a 62-year-old woman with allegedly bribing a Legal Aid Department clerk to secure custody of her grandson. The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) said on Thursday that Wen Congmei allegedly offered HK$10,000 (US$1,280) to the clerk in September last year.
